Teambuilding.

Team building is essentially a process involving participation, collaboration and nurturing of team spirit amongst the team members.

This sense of team spirit is inculcated amongst participants in the team through interactive team exercises and group discussions.

Overcoming barriers to performance is how groups become teams.

We base our team building activities on hypothetical and practical situations that the team has to work together to accomplish. From each activity the team extracts leadership skills that help in the normal working environment. Our concept ensures that everyone gets “onto the same page”, and facilitates goal setting that utilizes the strengths of team members to enhance productivity.

After the team building challenge, the participants have few minutes to share their experience. The lead facilitator highlights the key learning lessons: this is an experiential learning approach which is highly beneficial to the participants.

“The basic building block of good team building is for a leader to promote the feeling that every human being (participant) is unique and adds value in every task undertaken.”
